Ingredients
Simple Syrup
¼ cup water
¼ cup sugar (sugar in the raw recommended, but any will do)
Daiquiri
2 ½ cups frozen strawberries
½ cup fresh strawberries (destemmed)
Juice of 1 lime

Make the Simple Syrup: Add your water and sugar to a small pot on medium-low heat, stirring continuously until the sugar completely dissolves. Once melted, remove from the heat and set aside to cool. This syrup will sweeten your daiquiri perfectly.
Blend the Ingredients: In a blender, combine the fresh and frozen strawberries, lime juice, and the prepared simple syrup. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth yet retains a frosty texture.
