Ingredients

  • Ice (enough to fill glass about 3/4 full)

For the Strawberry Sweet Cream

  • 23 medium strawberries
  • 2 oz heavy cream
  • 1 oz milk
  • 1 teaspoon sweetener

Instructions

  1. Prepare Matcha Latte: Sift the matcha powder into a small bowl to remove lumps. Pour in 2 oz of hot water and whisk vigorously with a bamboo whisk or milk frother until the matcha dissolves completely and a light foam appears on top.
