Delight in a refreshing and healthy treat with these homemade Greek Yogurt Popsicles. Combining creamy full-fat Greek yogurt, natural sweetness from honey, and vibrant fresh berries, these popsicles are perfect for a nutritious summer snack that’s easy to prepare and enjoyable for all ages.

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 2 cups full fat Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup honey (omit if using sweetened yogurt)
  • 3 cups fresh fruit (a mix of berries recommended)

Instructions

  1. Blend Ingredients: Add Greek yogurt, honey, and fresh berries to a high-powered blender. Blend until the mixture is evenly combined. You can choose to blend until the berries are fully pureed for a smooth texture or pulse lightly to keep some berry chunks for added texture.
  2. Chill and Freeze: Pour the blended mixture into 8 ice pop molds. Insert popsicle sticks and place the molds in the freezer. Freeze for about 5 to 6 hours, or until the popsicles are solid.
  3. Serve Easily: When ready to serve, dip the bottom of each mold in warm water for a few seconds to loosen the popsicle. Gently remove the popsicles from their molds and enjoy.

Notes

  • Use full-fat Greek yogurt for a creamier texture. Low-fat versions can be used but may affect creaminess.
  • If using sweetened yogurt, omit the honey to reduce overall sweetness and calories.
  • Fresh or frozen berries both work well; just thaw frozen berries before blending.
  • Feel free to experiment with other fruits such as mango, peaches, or pineapple for different flavor profiles.
  • These popsicles can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 weeks for best quality.
