A delicious and nutritious Dubai Chocolate Tiramisu recipe that’s high in protein and completely sugar-free. This dessert combines rich chocolate flavors with creamy, light layers, using protein shakes, Greek yogurt, and reduced fat cream cheese for a healthier twist on the classic tiramisu.

Ingredients

Proteins & Dairy

  • 1 cup Shamrock Farms Protein Shake, Chocolate
  • 1 cup Lucerne Egg Whites, 100% Liquid, Cage Free
  • 4 oz Philadelphia Reduced Fat Cream Cheese Spread with a Third Less Fat
  • ½ cup Chobani Flip Non-Fat Greek Yogurt Blueberry B-Fast
  • 1 cup Shamrock Farms Protein Shake, Vanilla

Dry Ingredients

  • ½ cup Bob’s Red Mill Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
  • 2 tbsp Reich Family Kitchen Cocoa Bombs
  • 1 tsp Signature Select Double Acting Baking Powder

Liquids & Flavorings

  • 1 cup O Organics Almondmilk, Organic, Original, Unsweetened
  • 1 tsp Value Corner Vanilla Flavor, Imitation
  • 1 tsp Folgers Instant Coffee

  • Peach Raspberry Pudding Ring (1 ring)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Coffee Infusion: Dissolve 1 tsp Folgers Instant Coffee in ½ cup warm O Organics Unsweetened Almondmilk to create a coffee infusion. Set aside to cool.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, sift together ½ cup Bob’s Red Mill Whole Wheat Pastry Flour, 2 tbsp Reich Family Kitchen Cocoa Bombs, and 1 tsp Signature Select Double Acting Baking Powder.
  3. Create Protein Batter: In another bowl, blend 1 cup Shamrock Farms Protein Shake (Chocolate), 1 cup Lucerne Egg Whites, 1 tsp Value Corner Vanilla Imitation, and cooled coffee infusion. Gradually add the dry ingredients while whisking until smooth.
  4. Bake Base Layer: Pour the batter into a lined baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for approximately 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Remove and allow to cool completely.
  5. Prepare Cream Layer: In a bowl, combine 4 oz Philadelphia Reduced Fat Cream Cheese Spread with ½ cup Chobani Flip Non-Fat Greek Yogurt Blueberry B-Fast and 1 cup Shamrock Farms Protein Shake (Vanilla). Blend until smooth and creamy.
  6. Assemble Tiramisu: Once the base layer is cool, layer the peach raspberry pudding ring evenly on top. Spread the cream mixture over the pudding layer, smoothing it out evenly.
  7. Chill and Set: Refrigerate the assembled tiramisu for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld and cream to set properly before serving.
  8. Serve: Slice into 2 generous servings and enjoy a healthy, high-protein, sugar-free chocolate tiramisu.
