A refreshing and creamy non-alcoholic fruit cocktail perfect for summer parties and gatherings. This easy-to-make Creamy Fruit Mocktail combines evaporated milk, cream, condensed milk, and a variety of canned and fresh fruits for a delightful dessert drink with Asian-inspired flavors.

Ingredients

Dairy

  • 1 12 oz can evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3 tbsp condensed milk

Fruits

  • 1/2 20 oz can longan in syrup
  • 1/2 20 oz can lychee in syrup
  • 1/2 20 oz can sliced peaches in syrup
  • 3/4 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 12 oz jar tapioca pearls in red syrup
  • 1/2 12 oz jar nata de coco

Instructions

  1. Mix Dairy Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl or pitcher, combine the evaporated milk, heavy whipping cream, and condensed milk. Stir well and adjust the amount of condensed milk to suit your preferred level of sweetness.
  2. Add Fruits and Mix: Add the longan, lychee, peaches (including their syrup), strawberries, tapioca pearls in red syrup, and nata de coco to the dairy mixture. Mix gently to combine all ingredients evenly.
  3. Chill and Serve: Refrigerate the mocktail until cold, or serve immediately over ice for a refreshing chill. Pour into glasses and enjoy your creamy fruit mocktail!
