These Chicken Wraps are a quick and delicious meal featuring tender cooked chicken, fresh romaine lettuce, diced tomatoes, red onion, and shredded Colby Jack cheese all wrapped in soft 9-inch flour tortillas. Each wrap is enhanced with a creamy Chick-fil-A sauce and finished by grilling briefly to melt the cheese and add a light smoky flavor. Perfect for a satisfying lunch or easy dinner with a fresh, balanced taste.

Ingredients

Filling

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 small red onion, finely diced
  • 1 cup finely shredded Colby Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup Chick-fil-A sauce (or your preferred creamy sauce)

Wraps

  • 4 flour tortillas, 9-inch burrito size

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Grill: Heat your grill to medium-low heat, ensuring it is clean and ready for cooking the wraps.
  2. Assemble the Filling: Evenly divide the cooked chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, diced tomatoes, finely diced red onion, and shredded cheese among each tortilla placed flat on a clean surface.
  3. Add Sauce and Wrap: Top each tortilla’s filling with about 2 tablespoons of Chick-fil-A sauce. Fold the ends of the tortilla inwards about two inches, then roll tightly to enclose all the ingredients securely.
  4. Grill the Wraps: Lightly grease the grill grates or brush the wraps with a little oil to prevent sticking. Place the wraps seam-side down on the grill and cook for 2 minutes on each side, until the tortillas have grill marks and are slightly toasted, and the cheese begins to melt.

Notes

  • You can substitute Chick-fil-A sauce with ranch dressing, chipotle mayo, or your favorite creamy sauce.
  • Make sure not to overfill the wraps to prevent them from breaking when rolling.
  • For a spicier option, add sliced jalapeños or hot sauce to the filling.
  • Use a spatula to carefully flip the wraps on the grill to avoid tearing.
