Delicious and easy-to-make Cheesy Beef and Potato Burritos, perfect for a satisfying dinner. These burritos are loaded with flavorful seasoned beef, crispy air-fried potatoes, gooey nacho cheese, and zesty taco sauce, all wrapped in a warm flour tortilla.

Ingredients

Potatoes:

  • 3 large potatoes
  • olive oil + salt, pepper, garlic powder (for potatoes)

Ground Beef:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp dried cilantro
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic

Additional:

  • Nacho cheese
  • 5 Burrito size flour tortillas
  • Taco sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare Potatoes: Peel, wash, and cut potatoes into cubes. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Air fry at 400°F for about 25 minutes, shaking occasionally.
  2. Cook Ground Beef: In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat with salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, cilantro, and paprika. Drain excess grease, add water, and simmer.
  3. Assemble Burritos: On a tortilla, layer nacho cheese, seasoned beef, taco sauce, crispy potatoes, and more nacho cheese. Roll up the burrito.
  4. Cook Burritos: In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook burritos until golden brown. Serve hot.
