Ingredients

Dip Ingredients

  • 2 avocados, peeled and pit removed
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon minced jalapeño
  • 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Peel and remove the pits from the avocados. Dice the onion, mince the garlic and jalapeño, and chop the cilantro to prepare all ingredients for blending.
  2. Blend the Dip: Place the avocados, feta cheese, diced onion, minced garlic, minced jalapeño, chopped cilantro, and lime juice into the bowl of a food processor or blender. Blend until the mixture is creamy and smooth.
  3. Season the Dip: Taste the blended mixture and season with salt and black pepper according to your preference, blending briefly if needed to combine.
  4. Serve: Scrape the creamy dip into a serving bowl. Serve immediately with pita chips, cut-up vegetables, bread, or crackers for dipping.
