Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, pour the cold heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, beat the mixture until soft peaks form.
  2. Add Instant Pudding: Gradually add the white chocolate instant pudding mix while continuing to beat. Beat the mixture until it becomes thick and creamy.
  3. Fix Curdled Frosting: If the frosting looks curdled or separated at any point, don’t worry. Add one tablespoon of milk or heavy cream at a time, gently stirring it in with a rubber spatula until the frosting smooths out and no longer looks curdled. Typically, 3 to 4 tablespoons are enough.
