  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter

  • 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • Red gel food coloring
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Topping

Instructions
