  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 2 regular-sized tortillas

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cream cheese mixture: In a small bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with the thinly sliced green onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste, mixing well to create a smooth and flavorful spread.
  2. Spread on the tortillas: Lay one tortilla flat on a clean cutting board. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the entire surface, reaching all the way to the edges. This will help seal the tortilla when rolled.
  3. Add the fillings and roll: Sprinkle half of the shredded lettuce evenly over the cream cheese layer. Next, layer 3 slices of deli turkey and 2 slices of cheddar cheese on the left side of the tortilla, leaving some space from the edge. Beginning at the left edge, gently but tightly roll the tortilla to encase the fillings completely. Press down lightly to seal the roll. Repeat this process with the second tortilla and remaining ingredients.
  4. Slice and serve: Cut each rolled tortilla in half, then slice each half into approximately 5 bite-sized pieces. Discard or save the unfilled ends as you prefer. Arrange the bite-sized roll ups on a platter, serve immediately, and enjoy this tasty, convenient snack or lunch.
