Ingredients

  • 12 teaspoons brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix Ingredients: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the oats, milk, a pinch of salt, and mashed sweet potato until well blended.
  2. Microwave Cooking: Place the bowl in the microwave and cook on high power for 1 minute and 30 seconds to heat and thicken the oatmeal.
  3. Add Flavorings: Carefully remove the bowl from the microwave, sprinkle the brown sugar and pumpkin pie spice over the oatmeal, then stir thoroughly to incorporate the spices and sweetness evenly.
