Ingredients

Wet Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Butter
  • ¾ cup Buttermilk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ¾ cup Sugar Free Chocolate Chips

Topping:

  • 2 tbsp Whole Milk
  • 2 tbsp Granular Sugar Alternative

Glaze:

  • ½ cup Sugar Free Powdered Sugar
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1½ tbsp Heavy Cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare: Preheat oven to 375°F and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. Dry Ingredients: Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Butter: Cut cold butter into dry ingredients until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Buttermilk: Mix vanilla extract with buttermilk, then stir into dough.
