Ingredients

For the Cinnamon Sugar Chips:

6 small flour tortillas

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

For the Cheesecake Dip:

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

For the Strawberry Topping:

1 cup fresh or canned strawberry pie filling

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

Step 1: Make the Cinnamon Sugar Chips

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Cut tortillas into triangle wedges.

  3. Brush both sides with melted butter.

  4. Mix cinnamon and sugar; sprinkle over tortillas.

  5. Bake on a parchment-lined sheet for 8–10 minutes until crisp. Let cool.

Step 2: Prepare the Cheesecake Dip

  1. Beat cream cheese until smooth.

  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix well.

  3. In a separate bowl, whip cream until stiff peaks form.

  4. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture until fluffy.

Step 3: Assemble the Nachos

  1. Layer cinnamon sugar chips on a platter.

  2. Top with cheesecake dip and strawberry filling.

  3. Serve immediately.
