For the Cinnamon Sugar Chips:
6 small flour tortillas
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
For the Cheesecake Dip:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
For the Strawberry Topping:
1 cup fresh or canned strawberry pie filling
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Step 1: Make the Cinnamon Sugar Chips
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cut tortillas into triangle wedges.
Brush both sides with melted butter.
Mix cinnamon and sugar; sprinkle over tortillas.
Bake on a parchment-lined sheet for 8–10 minutes until crisp. Let cool.
Step 2: Prepare the Cheesecake Dip
Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix well.
In a separate bowl, whip cream until stiff peaks form.
Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture until fluffy.

Store components separately in the fridge for up to 2 days.
