Spaghetti sliders are a fun twist on traditional spaghetti, served in slider rolls for a convenient and tasty snack or meal. These sliders are filled with cheesy, saucy spaghetti goodness, making them a hit with both kids and adults.

Ingredients

For the sliders:

  • 12 slider rolls
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled (optional)

For the spaghetti filling:

  • 8 ounces dried spaghetti
  • 1½ cups marinara sauce, divided
  • 1½ cups grated mozzarella cheese, about 6 ounces, divided
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350˚F.
  2. Prepare the slider rolls: Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally without separating and brush with melted butter. Toast in the oven until lightly browned. Optionally, rub with garlic.
  3. Cook the spaghetti: Boil the pasta until al dente, then mix with marinara sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, and parsley.
  4. Assemble the sliders: Place slider roll bottoms on a baking sheet, top with pasta mixture, marinara, and mozzarella. Cover with roll tops, wrap in foil, and bake.

Notes

  • You can customize the sliders by adding cooked ground meat or vegetables to the spaghetti mixture.
  • For extra flavor, sprinkle Italian seasoning or red pepper flakes over the spaghetti filling.
