Ingredients

For Rice Krispies Treats:

  • 10 oz miniature marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup Challenge butter, plus more for greasing
  • 5 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs

For Filling:

  • 7 oz jar marshmallow creme
  • 6 Hershey’s chocolate bars (1.55 oz each)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and prep pan: Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Line a 10×15 jellyroll pan with waxed paper, greased with butter.
  2. Melt marshmallows and butter: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine marshmallows and 1/4 cup of butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Mix in cereals: Stir in Rice Krispies cereal and graham cracker crumbs.
  4. Press into pan: Press the mixture into the prepared pan.
  5. Add filling layers: Spread marshmallow creme over the mixture and place Hershey’s bars on top.
  6. Soften chocolate and cool: Bake for 2 minutes, then spread softened chocolate. Let cool for 10 minutes.
  7. Roll and refrigerate: Roll up jellyroll style, peel away waxed paper, pinch seams, and refrigerate for 30-45 minutes.
  8. Slice and serve: Slice into pinwheels and enjoy!
