Sheet Pan Chicken and Potatoes is a quick and easy dinner recipe that features tenderized chicken breasts smothered in a homemade honey glaze and baby Yukon gold potatoes seasoned and baked to perfection.

Ingredients

For the Chicken:

  • 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

For the Potatoes:

  • 1 pound baby Yukon gold potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons Kinder’s Buttery Steakhouse seasoning

For the Sauce:

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • ½ cup honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. Prepare the Sauce: Melt butter in a pan, add honey, garlic, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5-6 minutes, then set aside.
  3. Prepare Chicken and Potatoes: Pound chicken breasts to even thickness, cut potatoes, and place on baking sheet.
  4. Season: Drizzle oil over chicken and potatoes, sprinkle with seasonings.
  5. Add Glaze: Pour honey glaze over chicken.
  6. Bake: Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked and potatoes are tender.
