Ingredients

Seafood, Lasagna, and Cheese

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound shrimp
  • 1 pound crab meat or imitation crab
  • 12 ounces quartered scallops
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups parmesan cheese

Sauce

  • 18 ounces canned clam chowder
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Cheese Mixture

  • 16 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • ½ cup fresh chopped parsley
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Seafood, Lasagna, and Cheese – Cook lasagna noodles and set aside. Preheat oven. Cook shrimp, scallops, and crab. Mix cheeses.
  2. Sauce – Combine clam chowder, cream, lemon juice, parmesan, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cheese Mixture – Mix ricotta, egg, garlic, parsley, and salt.
  4. To Assemble – Layer sauce, noodles, ricotta, seafood, and cheese. Repeat layers. Bake covered, then uncovered.
