Ingredients

Eggs:

  • 5 large eggs

Crescent Rolls:

  • 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated crescent dinner rolls

Sausage Links:

  • 8 sausage links

Cheddar Cheese:

  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese, halved

Seasoning:

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the eggs: Beat the eggs, reserving 2 tablespoons for later. Scramble the remaining eggs in a pan until set. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Set up the dough: Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
  4. Add cheese: Place half a slice of Cheddar cheese on each triangle.
  5. Add eggs and sausage: Spoon eggs and place a sausage link on each triangle.
  6. Roll up: Roll dough around sausage and eggs, tucking in the sides. Place on a baking sheet.
