Salmon Fillets:

4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)

Brown Sugar Garlic Glaze:

3 tablespoons brown sugar, 3 cloves garlic (minced), 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional), 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
