Ingredients

1 pint strawberries

1 pint blueberries

1 cup mini marshmallows

24 bamboo skewers

Instructions

  • Wash and dry the blueberries and strawberries.

  • Cut the strawberries into small pieces, about the same size as the blueberries and mini marshmallows.

  • Take a bamboo skewer and thread a strawberry, followed by a marshmallow, and then a blueberry. For a neat appearance, ensure the strawberry’s seed side is facing one direction.

  • Repeat the process until all skewers are filled.

  • Cover the skewers and store them in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Enjoy within 24 hours.

Notes

  • These kabobs are best served within 24 hours for the freshest flavor and texture.

  • If you want to add a twist, replace mini marshmallows with cubes of angel food cake or use other fruits like watermelon or grapes.

  • You can use star-shaped cookie cutters to create fun fruit shapes, especially with watermelon.
