Shrimp:
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
Other Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 1 ½ cups dry white wine
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon of red pepper flakes
- 6 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook Shrimp: Heat olive oil, cook shrimp for 2 minutes each side. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté Garlic: In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds.
