Ingredients

Main Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese, diced into cubes
  • 6 oz can of sliced black olives, drained
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 small red onion, chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped

Dressing:

  • 1 cup Italian dressing

Pasta:

  • 12 oz tri-color rotini pasta

Seasonings:

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Cook Pasta: Prepare the tri-color rotini pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water, then let it cool.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, black olives, bell pepper, red onion, parsley, mozzarella cheese, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and Italian dressing.
