Ingredients

2 slices of bread (preferably sprouted grain for added nutrition)

¼ cup cottage cheese (2% low-fat preferred)

Peanut Butter Banana: 1 tablespoon peanut butter, ⅓ banana, sliced, sprinkle of cinnamon
