Pizza Monkey Bread is a fun, shareable twist on traditional pizza featuring pull-apart biscuit dough loaded with pepperoni, mozzarella, Parmesan, and Italian herbs, baked to golden perfection and served with marinara sauce for dipping.

Ingredients

Refrigerated canned biscuits (quantity as needed, typically 16 biscuits)

Pepperoni slices (about 1 cup)

Shredded mozzarella cheese (1 1/2 cups)

Grated Parmesan cheese (1/2 cup)

Unsalted butter, melted (1/4 cup)

Italian seasoning (1 teaspoon)

Garlic powder (1/2 teaspoon)

Garlic salt (1/2 teaspoon)

Red pepper flakes (optional, 1/4 teaspoon)

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Marinara sauce (for dipping, about 1 cup)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cut each refrigerated biscuit into 4 pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the biscuit pieces with sliced pepperoni, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, melted butter, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, garlic salt, and red pepper flakes until evenly coated.
  4. Layer the mixture into the prepared bundt pan, pressing down gently to compact.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes, covering with foil during the last 10 minutes to prevent over-browning, until the top is golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool for a few minutes, then invert the bundt pan onto a serving plate.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired and serve with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
