Ingredients

Chicken

  • 1 pound Chicken Breast
  • 1/2 cup Pizza Sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Pizza Seasoning
  • 4 oz Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 oz Pepperoni

Side

  • 2 cups Broccoli, steamed

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to prepare for baking the chicken.
  2. Prepare Chicken: Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet and spread the pizza sauce evenly over each piece. Sprinkle the pizza seasoning on top for added flavor.
  3. Bake Initial: Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes to start cooking the chicken through.
  4. Add Cheese: Remove the chicken from the oven and top each breast with mozzarella cheese and extra seasoning if desired.
  5. Bake with Cheese: Return the chicken to the oven and bake for an additional 6 minutes to allow the cheese to melt.
  6. Add Pepperoni: Take the chicken out again and arrange the pepperoni slices on top of the melted cheese.
  7. Final Bake: Return the chicken to the oven and bake until the chicken is fully cooked, approximately another 4-6 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Serve: Remove from the oven and serve the pizza chicken alongside steamed broccoli for a nutritious meal.
