Ingredients

Main Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 1 cup diced chicken breast
  • 1 cup diced pineapple

Additional Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup diced carrots
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook Chicken: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook diced chicken breast until no longer pink. Remove and set aside.
  2. Sauté Vegetables: In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add carrots, peas, and bell peppers. Cook until tender.
