Ingredients

Pie Crust Chips:

  • 1 batch unbaked store-bought pie crust dough or homemade pie crust dough
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons milk or cream
  • ⅓ cup cinnamon sugar (mix 2 tablespoons of cinnamon into ½ cup granulated sugar and stir well to make cinnamon sugar)

Cinnamon Dip:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice or ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Prepare the pie crust chips: Roll out the pie crust dough on a floured surface, cut into leaf shapes, brush with milk, and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Make the cinnamon dip: Mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and cinnamon/pumpkin pie spice in a bowl.
  4. Serve: Arrange the pie chips on a serving tray and serve with the cinnamon dip.

Notes

  • If you’d like to make themed pie chips, use different cookie cutters for festive shapes.
  • Ensure the cream cheese is at room temperature for a smooth dip.
  • Top the dip with extra spices or whipped cream for added flavor.
