Refreshing Peach Sangria is the perfect summer drink, made with white wine, fresh peaches, and peach juice for a delightful and fruity cocktail that is ideal for pool parties, BBQs, and weekend brunch.

Ingredients

Fresh Peaches:

  • 4 ripe but firm peaches, thinly sliced

White Wine Mixture:

  • 750 mL white wine (1 bottle)
  • 8 ounces peach juice (fresh is best)
  • 4 ounces peach schnapps or peach whiskey
  • 8 ounces sparkling water or seltzer water (adjust for desired strength)

Garnish:

  • Fresh mint
  • Sliced peaches

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Sangria Base: Place sliced peaches in a large pitcher. Add white wine, peach juice, and peach schnapps. Stir to combine.
  2. Chill: Refrigerate the sangria for 1 to 2 hours, up to 24 hours.
  3. Final Touch: Add sparkling water and stir gently.
  4. Serve: Pour over ice with peach slices. Garnish with mint.

Notes

  • Best consumed within 24 hours.
  • Do not add sparkling water until serving to maintain fizziness.
