Ingredients

Fresh Broccoli Florets:

6 to 7 cups

Olive Oil:

3 to 4 tbsp

Italian Style Breadcrumbs:

1/4 cup

Freshly Shredded Parmesan Cheese:

1/2 cup

Garlic Powder:

1 tsp

Salt:

1/2 tsp

Black Pepper:

1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil and coat it with non-stick spray.
  2. Coat the Broccoli: In a large zip-close bag, combine the broccoli and olive oil. Add breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the bag. Shake well to coat.
  3. Bake: Spread the coated broccoli on the baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes, then stir and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until tender-crisp.
