Ingredients

Oreo Balls:

  • 30 (340g) regular Oreo cookies
  • 3 tablespoons (45g) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
  • 25 tablespoons whole milk

Chocolate Coating:

  • 8 ounces (225g) dark, semi-sweet, or white chocolate, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Oreo Mixture: Grind Oreos in a food processor, then mix with melted butter and milk until moistened.
  2. Form Balls: Roll mixture into balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
  3. Chill: Freeze balls until firm.
  4. Melt Chocolate: Melt chocolate with oil.
  5. Coat Balls: Dip Oreo balls in chocolate, then chill until set.
