Ingredients

Cheese Ravioli:

  • 12 oz cheese ravioli (fresh or refrigerated)

Steak:

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes

Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half for lighter)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the Ravioli: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sear the Steak: Season steak cubes with salt and pepper. Sear in a skillet until golden brown. Set aside.
  3. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: In the same skillet, sauté garlic in butter. Add cream and Parmesan, simmer until thickened. Add red pepper flakes if desired.
  4. Combine and Simmer: Add ravioli and steak back into the skillet. Toss to coat in the sauce. Simmer briefly.
  5. Finish and Serve: Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
