Ground Beef:

1 Pound Ground Beef

Lasagna Noodles:

9 Ounces Gluten-Free Lasagna Noodles (such as Jovial)

Baby Spinach:

4-6 Cups Baby Spinach

Water:

2 Cups Filtered Water

Sweet Onion:

1 Sweet Onion

Olive Oil:

1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

Salt:

1 Teaspoon Salt

Dried Basil:

½ Teaspoon Dried Basil

Dried Oregano:

½ Teaspoon Dried Oregano

Instructions

  1. Sauté Onions: In a large pot, sauté onions with olive oil.
  2. Cook Ground Beef: Add ground beef, dried basil, dried oregano, and salt. Cook until 90% cooked through.
  3. Add Ingredients: Pour in chicken broth, tomato sauce, water, and lasagna noodles. Break apart noodles. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Stir in Spinach: Uncover, stir in baby spinach, and simmer for an additional 15 minutes.
