Ingredients

Egg Noodles:

  • 1 (16 ounce) package egg noodles

Ground Beef:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pinch salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 pinch garlic powder (Optional)

Sauce:

  • 2 (10.75 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk, plus more to taste

Vegetables:

  • 1 (11 ounce) can diced carrots

Instructions

  1. Cook the Noodles: Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook egg noodles until tender yet firm, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and transfer to a large dish.
  2. Prepare the Beef: Season ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Make the Sauce: Add cream of mushroom soup, cream cheese, and milk to the beef. Cook and stir until the cream cheese melts and the mixture is saucy, around 6 minutes.
