These Mediterranean Chicken Wraps are a healthy and delicious dinner option, featuring garlicky yogurt sauce, hummus, and fresh vegetables. Easy to make and ready in about 30 minutes!

Ingredients

Chicken:

  • 1 1/2 lbs / 650g chicken breast, skinless, boneless
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp mint, dried

Garlicky Yogurt Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp dill, dried or 1 tbsp fresh
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Additional Ingredients:

  • Hummus
  • 1 cup chopped cabbage
  • Everyday salad
  • Cooked broccoli
  • 34 tortillas

Instructions

  1. Chop the vegetables for the salad and prepare the salad. Make the garlicky yogurt sauce by mixing yogurt with 1 garlic clove, salt, and dill until smooth.
  2. Chop the chicken and cook: Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Cook in a pan with olive oil, 2 cloves of garlic, chili flakes, black pepper, and dried mint until golden brown.
  3. Assemble the wraps: Fill tortillas with lettuce, chicken, cooked broccoli, salad, hummus, and tzatziki. Wrap like a burrito and serve immediately.
