This one pan Marry Me Chicken Pasta is a mouthwatering family favourite – creamy, dreamy flavour and ready in about 30 minutes. A quick and easy midweek meal that tastes a bit special.

Ingredients

Chicken:

  • 650 g Boneless & skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

Other Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 Garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
  • 170 g Sun dried tomatoes, drained and very finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 250 g Dried pasta
  • 650 ml Chicken stock
  • 150 ml Double cream
  • 50 g Parmesan, grated
  • 120 g Spinach
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the Chicken: In a large, deep frying pan, heat the oil, add chicken and cook until colored.
  2. Add Ingredients: Add garlic, sun dried tomatoes, oregano, and paprika. Stir until garlic is softened.
  3. Cook Pasta: Add pasta and stock, cook until pasta is done.
  4. Finish Dish: Add spinach and cream, cook until wilted. Stir in parmesan.

Notes

  • Use olive oil or oil from the sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor.
  • Cooking time may vary, adjust as needed.
  • Cut sun-dried tomatoes small if preferred.
  • Double cream is heavy cream in the US.
