Ingredients

Salmon fillets:

  • 4 fillets Salmon fillets, about 6 oz each, fresh for best flavor

Maple Dijon Glaze:

  • 1/4 cup Pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Garnish:

  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Lemon wedges, as needed for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare Glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
