Ingredients

For the Salad:

  • 16 ounces uncooked macaroni
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sweet or dill pickles, chopped small
  • 2 sticks celery, chopped small
  • 1/4 cup red onion, chopped finely

For the Dressing:

  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the Macaroni: Cook the macaroni in a large pot of salted water until al dente. Drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside.
