Kool Aid Pie is a delightful, no-bake dessert that combines the creamy richness of sweetened condensed milk and whipped topping with the vibrant flavors of Kool Aid. It’s easy to make and perfect for warm-weather gatherings or special occasions.

Ingredients

14 ounces sweetened condensed milk (1 can)

2 tablespoons strawberry syrup or strawberry jelly

0.19 ounces Kool Aid powder (1 packet: strawberry, strawberry lemonade, or your favorite flavor)

8 ounces whipped topping (thawed)

9-inch graham cracker pie crust (store-bought or homemade)

Garnishes (Optional): Whipped cream or whipped topping, Fresh strawberries

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, strawberry syrup (or jelly), and Kool Aid powder. Whisk the mixture until the color is even, and the Kool Aid powder is completely dissolved.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is smooth and consistently pink.
  3. Spread the creamy mixture evenly into the prepared graham cracker pie crust.
  4. Cover lightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours or until the pie has set.
  5. Once ready to serve, remove from the refrigerator and garnish with whipped cream or whipped topping and fresh strawberries.
  6. Slice, serve, and enjoy!

Notes

  • Feel free to experiment with different Kool Aid flavors such as tropical punch, lemonade, or even grape.
  • If you prefer, make your own graham cracker crust by mixing 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs, ¼ cup granulated sugar, and 6 tablespoons melted butter. Press this mixture into a pie pan and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before adding the filling.
  • For an extra touch of elegance, add swirls of whipped cream on top of the pie before garnishing with strawberries.
  • This pie can be made up to 2 days ahead of time. Simply cover it with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Leftover Kool Aid Pie should be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
