A refreshing and indulgent Iced Caramel Latte made with chilled brewed coffee, creamy milk, and rich caramel sauce, topped with a pinch of sea salt and optional whipped cream for the perfect balance of sweet and salty flavors.

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • ⅔ cup brewed coffee, chilled
  • ½ cup milk, any kind (almond milk recommended)
  • 2 tablespoons caramel sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon Maldon’s sea salt
  • Whipped cream for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the coffee: Pour the chilled brewed coffee over ice in a glass. If you prefer a sweeter drink, add your preferred sweetener at this stage. Set aside while you prepare the caramel milk mixture.
  2. Make the caramel milk mixture: In a separate container, add the caramel sauce and Maldon’s sea salt into the milk. Stir or whisk thoroughly until well combined. For a frothier texture, use a milk frother on the cold setting, if available.
  3. Combine and serve: Pour the caramel milk mixture over the iced coffee and stir gently to combine the flavors evenly. Top the latte with whipped cream, an additional caramel drizzle, and a small pinch of sea salt for an extra burst of flavor, if desired.

Notes

  • Use any milk of your choice — dairy or plant-based milk like almond, oat, or soy works well.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less caramel sauce or sweetener according to your preference.
  • Maldon’s sea salt enhances the caramel flavor but can be substituted with any flaky sea salt.
  • For a stronger coffee flavor, use a dark roast or espresso instead of brewed coffee.
  • To make it vegan, ensure the caramel sauce and whipped cream are plant-based.
