For the whipped coffee:
2 tablespoons instant coffee
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 tablespoons boiling water
a pinch of cinnamon (optional)
For serving:
1 cup milk of choice (soy, almond, or oat milk)
Instructions
Add all the coffee, sugar, and boiling water to a bowl. Whip the mixture using a hand mixer or stand mixer on high speed for about 2 minutes. Scrape down the sides and whip any bits that didn’t get whipped.
Taste the mixture and adjust sugar if desired. Pour the whipped coffee over a glass of milk. If making iced coffee, add ice cubes before adding the milk and whipped coffee. For hot coffee, directly add the whipped coffee to the glass.
Stir vigorously to mix the whipped coffee into the milk. Enjoy your Whipped Coffee!
