This Healthy Ninja Creami Banana Ice Cream is a low-carb, creamy, and naturally sweet dessert made with ripe bananas, unsweetened almond milk, and sugar-free maple syrup. It’s easy to prepare with just four main ingredients and your Ninja Creami machine, making it a perfect guilt-free treat for any occasion.

Ingredients

Banana Ice Cream Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: Peel and slice the ripe bananas and place them into the Ninja Creami pint container. Add the unsweetened almond milk, sugar-free maple syrup, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon if using.
  2. Blend the Mixture: Use an immersion blender to blend all ingredients until smooth. If an immersion blender is unavailable, thoroughly mash the bananas with a whisk or handheld masher and mix well to combine.
  3. Freeze the Mixture: Cover the pint container with its lid and place it in the freezer for 24 hours to fully freeze the mixture.
  4. Initial Spin: After freezing, remove the container and insert it into the Ninja Creami machine. Select the Ice Cream function and start the cycle to process the frozen mixture into ice cream.
  5. Adjust the Texture: Press the re-spin button once to improve creaminess. If the texture is still crumbly, press the re-spin button one more time until achieving a smooth and creamy consistency.
  6. Serve and Enjoy: Scoop the ice cream into bowls, add your favorite toppings if desired, and enjoy immediately for a healthy, refreshing dessert.

Notes

  • Ensure the mixture is fully frozen for 24 hours before processing in the Ninja Creami for best results.

  • This recipe is naturally dairy-free and low-carb, ideal for those seeking a healthier frozen treat.
  • Use sugar-free maple syrup or substitute with any other sugar-free sweetener suitable to your dietary needs.
