Tender and flavorful, these Grill Pan Honey Glazed Steak Strips are a versatile dish that can be enjoyed on their own or paired with various sides.

Ingredients

Marinade:

  • 1 lb sirloin or flank steak, cut into thin strips
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix the Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, black pepper, salt, and paprika if desired.
  2. Marinate the Steak: Add the steak strips to the bowl, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or longer for enhanced flavor.
  3. Heat Up the Grill Pan: Place a grill pan over medium-high heat and allow it to heat up. Lightly grease it to prevent sticking.
  4. Cook the Steak Strips: Arrange the steak strips in a single layer on the grill pan. Cook each side for 2–3 minutes until they are seared and caramelized. Cook in batches if necessary.
  5. Rest & Enjoy: Remove the steak from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve warm, ideal with rice, roasted veggies, or as a filling for wraps and sandwiches.
