Ingredients

6 oz. package peach gelatin

1½ cups granulated sugar

3½ cups boiling water

12 oz. can frozen lemonade

46 oz. can unsweetened pineapple juice

6 cups cold water

2 liters white soda (any lemon-lime soda)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the peach gelatin, granulated sugar, and boiling water. Stir until everything is fully dissolved.
  2. Add the frozen lemonade, pineapple juice, and cold water to the mixture. Stir well to combine.
  3. Pour the mixture into a large container and freeze until ready to serve.
  4. About an hour before serving, remove the punch from the freezer. Use a fork to break up the frozen mixture, creating a slushy consistency.
  5. Pour the lemon-lime soda over the slush and stir gently. Serve immediately and enjoy!
