  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar

Instructions

  1. Soak the dates: In a bowl, soak the dates with boiling water and baking soda, set aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Prepare the batter: Cream unsalted butter and brown sugar, add and mix the egg, then gently fold in flour and date puree until smooth.
  3. Bake the pudding: Grease ramekins, fill with batter, and bake at 350°F for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
