Ingredients
Shrimp:
1.5 lbs large shrimp, peeled & deveined (tails on optional)
Garlic Butter Mixture:
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Corn:
2 ears of corn, halved or whole
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Mix melted butter, garlic, paprika, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
Arrange shrimp in a baking dish, pour the buttery garlic mixture over them.
Add corn pieces to the dish, nestling them among the shrimp.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot with bread or rice.
Notes
Serve with lemon wedges for extra brightness.
For a spicier kick, increase chili flakes or add a splash of hot sauce.
