Ingredients

Yogurt

  • 5 containers (6 oz each) Yoplait® Original yogurt in the following flavors: strawberry, French vanilla, Key lime pie, lemon burst, and mountain blueberry

Fresh Fruit Toppings

  • 6 tablespoons raspberries
  • 6 tablespoons diced mango
  • 6 tablespoons diced pineapple
  • 6 tablespoons diced kiwifruit
  • 6 tablespoons blueberries

Instructions

  1. Prepare Muffin Cups: Place a paper baking cup into each of 30 miniature muffin cups to provide a convenient, non-stick container for each frozen yogurt bite.
  2. Spoon Yogurt: Spoon 2 tablespoons of yogurt from each of the 5 flavor containers into the paper-lined muffin cups, filling 6 cups per flavor to cover all 30 cups.
  3. Add Fresh Fruit: Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of the corresponding fresh fruit topping on each cup of yogurt by matching the fruit to the yogurt flavor: raspberries on strawberry yogurt, pineapple on lemon burst yogurt, mango on French vanilla yogurt, kiwifruit on Key lime pie yogurt, and blueberries on mountain blueberry yogurt.
  4. Freeze: Place the muffin pan in the freezer for about 2 hours or until the yogurt bites are firm and frozen solid.
  5. Serve: Remove the paper baking cups from the frozen yogurt bites when ready to serve and enjoy these bite-sized frozen treats.

Notes

  • Using miniature muffin cups helps create uniform, bite-sized portions that are easy to freeze and serve.
  • Make sure to completely freeze the bites for at least 2 hours to ensure they are firm enough to hold their shape.
  • Mix and match different yogurt flavors and fruit toppings to customize according to your favorite combinations.
  • Store leftover frozen yogurt bites in an airtight container in the freezer for up to one week.
  • For an extra touch, you can drizzle a little honey or sprinkle chia seeds on top before freezing for added texture and flavor.
