Instructions

  1. Prepare the Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent the yogurt from sticking. A large sheet will allow you to spread the yogurt evenly.
  2. Mix the Yogurt: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup, depending on your sweetness preference. Stir until well combined.
