Ingredients

Cream Mixture:

  • 14 ounces can condensed milk
  • 12 ounces can evaporated milk
  • 7.6 ounces can media crema
  • 8 ounces cream cheese block

Salad Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 30 ounces can fruit cocktail in syrup
  • 4 large red apples, cut into chunks
  • 12 to 16 ounces fresh strawberries
  • 8 ounces grapes
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • Mini marshmallows (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend: Combine condensed milk, evaporated milk, media crema, cream cheese, and ½ cup of fruit cocktail syrup in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Toast: Toast pecans in a skillet over medium heat for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Mix: In a large bowl, combine all salad ingredients. Add the milk mixture and fold gently until fruits are coated.
  4. Chill: Refrigerate the salad for at least 2 hours before serving cold.

Notes

  • Feel free to use any fruit in syrup like peaches or pineapples instead of fruit cocktail.
  • To retain the crunch of pecans and marshmallows, add them just before serving.
