This Easy Peach Sorbet is a refreshing, naturally sweet, and creamy dessert made with just three ingredients. It’s quick and easy to make, and doesn’t require an ice cream maker!

Ingredients

4 cups frozen peaches

1/2 cup filtered water

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Add the frozen peaches, water, and honey (or maple syrup) into a food processor.
  2. Pulse a few times to break up the peaches.
  3. Let the processor run until the mixture becomes smooth. If the consistency is too thick, scrape down the edges and add a little more water.
  4. Scoop the sorbet into four small cups using an ice cream scooper.
  5. Freeze for 30-60 minutes if a firmer texture is desired.
  6. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • Vegan Version: Substitute maple syrup for honey.
  • Fruit Twist: Use other frozen fruits like mango, pineapple, or berries for a unique twist on the flavor.
  • Citrus Kick: Add a splash of lemon juice if the peaches are particularly sweet, for a brighter and tangier flavor.
  • Store any leftover sorbet in an airtight container in the freezer for up to one week.
  • If the sorbet becomes too firm to scoop, let it sit out for a few minutes before serving.
